As part of the “Lebanon – Elimination of All Forms of Forced Labor and Exploitation” project, funded by the European Union and implemented by Caritas Austria and Caritas Lebanon, the training sessions on human rights, the UN Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners, and international laws were successfully completed.

Funded by the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADA) and supported by Caritas Austria, Caritas Lebanon, through its Primary Healthcare centers in Dahr El Ain, Tripoli, Sed El Bouchrieh and the mobile clinic in Akkar, provided medical supplies for people with special needs and the elderly, including hearing aids, custom-made prosthetic limbs, wheelchairs, crutches, and more.

Caritas Rayfoun Primary Healthcare Center, in collaboration with Fattal, organized a diabetes awareness campaign with Dr. Emile Andary. The campaign included diabetes screening, medical consultations, lab tests, and the distribution of free diabetes testing devices for those in need.
