Free medical day for the residents of Mansourieh collapsed building

In support of our community in Mansourieh, especially those affected by the building collapse, Caritas Lebanon’s Mobile Clinic provided free medical consultations and medication to 120 individuals. A total of 265 medicine boxes were distributed.

Caritas provided 12,000 healthcare services to 800 individuals with special needs and elderly in Beirut and Mount Lebanon in coordination with the International Rescue Committee, administered by the World Bank Middle East & North Africa.

Father Abboud: Caritas will provide hospitality to displaced Lebanese

President Father Michel Abboud confirmed that “Caritas is preparing to provide hospitality and humanitarian aid and food supplies to displaced Lebanese who may flee their southern regions in case of a crisis there”.

Second phase of ASE project training

The second phase of the ASE project for employment training, funded by Novo Nordisk Foundation in collaboration with Caritas Switzerland and Caritas Denmark, has concluded with 180 trainees in Bekaa.

Conference about Civil-military cooperation

Caritas Lebanon participated in a conference on civil-military cooperation in Lebanon organized by the Military-Civil Cooperation Directorate (CIMIC), in cooperation with Konrad Adenauer.

Medical Day in Al- Qlayaa

Caritas Lebanon, with support from Caritas Germany, organized a free medical campaign funded by BMZ, at the salon of Mar Georges Church in Al-Qlayaa. 760 medicine boxes were distributed to 250 beneficiaries from the area.

ASE participants Graduation

Within the framework of the “Training for Employment” ASE project funded by Novo Nordisk Foundation, in collaboration with Caritas Switzerland and Caritas Denmark, Caritas Lebanon distributed graduation certificates to more than 100 participants.

CIMS Programs Director visit

Caritas Lebanon President Father Michel Abboud received CIMS Programs Director Anna Maria Vrzskova. This meeting was organized as part of an inspection visit aimed at strengthening partnerships within the context of humanitarian work.
