At the invitation of Caritas Lebanon’s Board of Directors, a special meeting was organized for the members of the organization at the Officers’ Club in Yarze, where attendees exchanged experiences and knowledge, focusing on Caritas’ ongoing and prospective difficulties

In honor of world day against trafficking in persons, Caritas Lebanon funded by the German Catholic Bishops MISEREOR launched a study under the title “An Exploration of the Mental Health Risks and Suicide Risks of Migrants Workers and a Call for Policy Reform” at Notre Dame University–Louaize.

The Civil-Military Cooperation Directorate of the Lebanese Army in cooperation with Caritas Lebanon organized a free medical day at the Lebanese Army’s Ayn Ebel Hospital Centre in Ayn Ebel – South of Lebanon. Around 367 people benefited from this campaign.

As part of the Community Policing project funded by the EU, and implemented by FIIAPP & CIVIPOL, and in collaboration with the ISF, Caritas Lebanon hosted an event at Sagesse University to commemorate the closing of the first phase, under the title “Not for rent, Not for sale, No for human trafficking”.

To mark the end of Caritas Lebanon’s golden jubilee, a holy mass to celebrate the occasion was held at the Basilica of Our Lady of Mantara in Maghdoucheh.

Caritas West Bekaa–Rashaya sector celebrated the golden jubilee with a holy mass at St. Elias Maronite Church in Khirbet Qanafar, Bekaa.

Caritas – Baabda 2 sector celebrated 50 years by honoring 280 elderly people in a mass and lunch with music and dancing at Saint- Therese Church in Fayadieh.
