LEA project I International Domestic Workers Day
Celebrating International Domestic Workers’ Day with music, dance, fashion, and traditional crafts! As part of the EU-funded LEA–Lebanon project “Eradication of All Forms of Forced Labour and Exploitation”, Caritas Lebanon and Caritas Austria honored migrant workers from 25 countries, shining a light on their strength and culture in the fight against forced labor and exploitation.

UNFPA JAPAN I Access to integrated SRH and GBV services
In partnership with UNFPA and with funding from the people of Japan, Caritas Lebanon aims to improve access to sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services and gender-based violence (GBV) support for vulnerable women and girls across Lebanon.
DK MFA I Caritas Lebanon Safe Shelter 2024
Powerful stories of migrant workers who have faced GBV and found refuge in Caritas shelters. In partnership with Caritas Denmark and with funding from the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this initiative highlights the journey from victim to survivor, demonstrating the critical role shelters play in offering comprehensive support to help survivors rebuild their lives.

Free Medication Distribution Day
Caritas Lebanon organized a free medicine distribution day funded by BMZ & supported by Caritas Germany at Caritas sector in Antelias. 2,000 people benefited from 5,000 medicines of 67 types & medical consultations supported by Caritas Austria. The day highlighted the growing need amidst the economic meltdown.
