Vulnerable students with special needs, teachers and households
Targeting highly vulnerable children with special needs and learning difficulties, between 5 and 18 years old who are unable to enroll in formal education or are at risk of dropping out. In light of the holistic approach of the program, teachers and caregivers are also targeted via specific and tailored activities including capacity building, awareness sessions and multi-purpose cash assistance.
