Vulnerable IDPs, returnees, host communities, and residents in Mount Lebanon, Beirut, Akkar, North, Baalbek-El Hermel, and Bekaa regions
Supporting and protecting Vulnerable in food security and health
The project aims at improving access to essential health, protection, and social assistance services for vulnerable individuals in the Bekaa, Baalbek-El Hermel, North, Akkar, Beirut, and Mount Lebanon governorates, targeting persons with physical and psychological needs, those at risk of protection concerns, and economically vulnerable individuals through the provision of specialized therapies, psychological support, medical consultations, diagnostic tests, targeted protection cash assistance, and social multipurpose cash assistance aimed at enhancing resilience and well-being. This action is urgently needed because vulnerable individuals across these regions continue to face severe barriers to health, protection, and social services due to ongoing economic collapse, weakened public infrastructure, and heightened protection risks, leaving many without access to essential therapies, mental health support, or financial assistance needed to rebuild their lives and dignity.
