Caritas Lebanon President Father Michel Abboud visited Our Lady of Lebanon University Hospital, accompanied by a delegation of officials, where they were received by the Chairman of the Board of Directors – General Director of the Hospital, Dr. Fadi Saad, and a medical team. It was an inspection tour of the hospital departments, where Dr. Saad briefed the delegation on the restoration work and the departments under construction, with the aim of providing additional services and better quality for patients.
This visit came as a result of the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Caritas and Our Lady of Lebanon University Hospital, with the aim of developing a strategy between the two parties to support Caritas in its mission.
Dr. Saad noted the role that Caritas plays in standing by those who knock on its door.
In his turn, Abboud praised “the qualitative shift that the hospital witnessed in addition to the services and departments available in it.” He also welcomed the cooperation between “Caritas” and “Our Lady of Lebanon Hospital” for the benefit of patient guidance and the benefit of society.
