The newly elected Caritas Lebanon board took the oath at the Patriarchal See in Bkerke before Cardinal Bechara Boutros Al-Rahi, pledging faithful service to the Church and Caritas’ humanitarian mission.
President Fr. Samir Ghawi presented an emergency plan to ensure continuity of aid in case of security escalation or war across Lebanon. The Patriarch commended the board’s commitment, urging steadfast service, solidarity, and hope amid ongoing challenges.
