Funded by Lebanon Humanitarian Fund (LHF), Caritas Lebanon organized a free medical day in the city of Aley at the Al-Risala Social Association Hall, in cooperation with the Druze Religious Council – Health and Environment Committee, in partnership with the Ministry of Public Health, and in coordination with the Aley Municipality, Al-Iman Hospital – Aley, NDPS Hospital – Jbeil, and the Khalil Social Foundation.
This medical day included medical consultations with specialized doctors in general medicine, endocrinology, diabetes, nephrology, gynecology, pediatrics, cardiology, general surgery, and orthopedic surgery. In addition, laboratory tests were provided and medications were distributed. A total of 313 individuals from neighboring towns benefited from these services.
Caritas Lebanon, through its medical staff, strives to provide care to patients wherever they are, utilizing its primary healthcare centers, and mobile medical units throughout Lebanon. These services are offered completely free of charge.
