In a significant step reflecting their shared commitment to healthcare and humanitarian service, Hôtel-Dieu de France Hospital and Caritas Lebanon signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance collaboration in delivering field-based medical care through the operation of a mobile medical clinic.
The memorandum was signed at the hospital by Father Michel Abboud, President of Caritas Lebanon, and on behalf of Hôtel-Dieu, Professor Father Salim Daccache, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Nassib Nasr, General Director.
According to the agreement, Hôtel-Dieu Hospital will provide its mobile clinic, in cooperation with Caritas Lebanon and Aster, to carry out joint medical field visits.
This collaboration embodies a strong partnership between the healthcare sector and social institutions, aiming to serve people and reinforce their right to access healthcare, especially in remote and marginalized areas.
