Caritas Lebanon President Father Michel Abboud, accompanied by CL Executive Director Gilbert Zouein and Head of Programs Nayla El-Khoury, visited the new UNHCR Representative in Lebanon Ivo Freijsen, in the presence of the UNHCR Head of sub-office Frederic Cussigh and the National Program officer Maya Massrouaa.
During this introductory meeting, both parties discussed current cooperation and ways to further expand it in the future. They also addressed the challenges and crises in the region and how to provide assistance to the most vulnerable communities in Lebanon.
