A delegation from Caritas Slovakia visited two of Caritas Lebanon’s educational centers for children with special needs: Fghal and the HOPE Centers. The delegation was led by Mgr. Jana Urbanová, Director of Projects and Finance, and Mr. Morees Gaggi, Director of Projects in the Middle East and Cuba, along with a team of journalists and media professionals.
They were accompanied by Ms. Nancy Najjar, Head of the Education Department at Caritas Lebanon, and Ms. Lama Srour, Head of the Business Development Department, who guided them through the centers. The visit focused on strengthening future cooperation between the two organizations across various areas of mutual interest.
The delegation was given an inside look at the extraordinary work being done to support children with special needs, and the visitors were profoundly moved by the compassion and dedication behind each effort. The experience left a lasting impression, inspiring deep admiration for Caritas Lebanon’s impactful humanitarian work.
The children, eager to share their talents and creativity, filled the day with joy and hope. The visit turned into a beautiful reminder of the difference we can make when we come together in support of each other.
