As part of supporting local communities in the Keserwan region, Caritas Lebanon has completed the first training course on the basics of home cooking and food preparation, held at the community kitchen in Our Lady of the Rosary Church.
On this occasion, and in coordination with the Moulin d’Or Foundation, a competition was organized to select the best cook, during which certificates were distributed to the participants. A group of trainees will also advance to the second phase, which includes an intensive course on how to launch a small home-based project and secure job opportunities, in collaboration with specialized trainers.
