Annual Mass Marks the Launch of Caritas Lebanon’s “Love Without Borders” Donation Campaign

Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Bechara Boutros Rai presided over Sunday Mass at Bkerki, launching Caritas Lebanon’s 2026 campaign under the theme “Boundless Love.” Church leaders, officials, and the Caritas family attended.

In his homily, Rai highlighted the Gospel’s message of faith—both spoken and silent—as a path to healing, drawing parallels with Lebanon’s ongoing crises. He stressed that true renewal comes not from words alone but from lived integrity, daily responsibility, and steadfast hope.

Caritas Lebanon reaffirmed its 2025 humanitarian impact across health, social aid, education, protection, and livelihoods, supported by its nationwide network, centers, and nearly 1,880 youth volunteers.

Closing the Mass, Fr. Samir Ghawy emphasized that Caritas is not just an organization but a renewed calling to serve with love in action. He praised staff, volunteers, and supporters as witnesses of hope, embodying a “boundless love” that reaches the most vulnerable with dignity and compassion.
