The bishop of the Maronite Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon in Los Angeles USA, Abdallah Zeidan, visited Caritas Lebanon Headquarters in Sin El Fil, where he was welcomed by Caritas President Father Michel Abboud, in the presence of the Executive Director Gilbert Zouein, the Head of HR department Georges Abi Hanna, the Director of Finance, Roger Chahine, and the Senior Head of HR Projects and HR Supports Rita Zaccour. On the occasion, Father Abboud thanked Bishop Zeidan for the significant support provided by the Maronite Eparchies in the United States and for their initiative to establish the office of Caritas Lebanon in the United States of America.
Both parties stressed upon the importance of encouraging people living abroad to donate to Caritas through its website www.CaritasLebanon.org, noting that the donated amount is tax deductible.
