Caritas Lebanon President Father Michel Abboud, accompanied by the sectors’ coordinator Father Roland Mrad, and the vice president Dr. Nicolas El Hajjar, carried out an inspection visit to Marjayoun-Hasbaya sector, where they were welcomed by the Head of the sector Eng. Basil Khoury.
Then they headed to the Episcopal Seat, where they met with His Eminence Archbishop Georges Haddad, who acquainted them with the atmosphere and mission of the archdiocese, emphasizing the support of the Catholic Royal Melkite Archdiocese for the works of Caritas in the archdiocese. Father Abboud presented a report on the region’s activities and aid to Archbishop Haddad.
