As part of the Community Policing project funded by FIIAPP, CIVIPOL and the European Union, and under the title “Not for rent, Not for sale, No for human trafficking “; Caritas Lebanon trained 20 community mobilizers from different nationalities through a TOT Workshop on human rights for migrants, refugees, and stateless individuals.
So far, 16 out of the 20 mobilizers have in turn organized training sessions, in coordination with Caritas Lebanon, to convey the acquired information to foreign and Arab communities residing in Lebanon, contributing in raising awareness, especially in vulnerable communities from different nationalities such as the Philippines, Ethiopia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Nigeria, Kenya, Syria, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Madagascar, Cameroon, Senegal, Togo, Benin, Ivory Coast, Nepal, and others.
