The DKMFA 2024 project provides holistic support to beneficiaries across three shelters – Cedar, Olive, and Laksetha. This initiative includes services such as hospitalization, medical fees, school fees, legal fees, and recreational activities. Beneficiaries also have access to skill training sessions in sewing and candle making, with opportunities for income generation through agriculture activities. Post-shelter services include food and hygiene kits for six months, rent assistance for six months post-shelter stay, and continued support for school fees, legal fees, hospitalization, and medication. Additionally, beneficiaries receive sewing or candle making kits to facilitate sustainable living with their families after leaving the shelter.
