Caritas Lebanon convened a coordination meeting at its headquarters in Sin El Fil, bringing together Catholic associations and institutions to align humanitarian efforts and better support displaced families and affected communities in southern Lebanon.
The meeting gathered key religious, governmental, and humanitarian figures, and focused on enhancing collaboration in light of the growing needs caused by recent displacement. Discussions highlighted the national emergency response, including the opening of shelters, support programs, and coordination with international partners.
Caritas Lebanon reaffirmed its commitment to fostering a unified approach by sharing field data, identifying needs, and supporting a coordinated response in close collaboration with state institutions.
The meeting concluded with a joint commitment to strengthen partnerships and ensure an effective, dignified response for affected families across Lebanon.
